1. What does AspireLine sell? AspireLine offers modern men's clothing – including shirts, polos, t-shirts, jeans, chinos, jackets, hoodies, sweats, and essential basics. Our focus is on versatile, high-quality pieces with great fits for work, casual days, and everything in between.
2. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 states in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico (where available). Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
3. What are your shipping options and times? We keep it simple with three options (delivery times are business days, excluding weekends & holidays):
- Express Shipping (3–6 business days): $20
- Free Standard Shipping (7–14 business days): $0 (on qualifying orders – threshold shown clearly at checkout)
- Standard Shipping (7–14 business days): $10
You'll get a tracking number emailed right after your order ships.
4. Do you offer free shipping? Yes! Free Standard Shipping (7–14 business days) is available on qualifying orders (the minimum amount, if any, shows transparently at checkout).
5. What is your return policy? We stand by our gear. Enjoy 30-day hassle-free returns – clothing must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original condition. Most returns include a prepaid label. If it's wrong size, damaged, or our error, we cover return shipping and handle refunds/exchanges fast.
6. How do I track my order? Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or log into your AspireLine account for live updates.
7. Are your sizes true to size? Yes – we follow standard US men's sizing. Each product page has a detailed size chart with chest, waist, inseam, etc. If you're between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for a more relaxed, comfortable fit (especially with tees and hoodies).
